A Thank You To All

Paul Morrone |

As many of you may already know, I will be retiring in just a few short weeks.  On May 1st I will be leaving the office of Tom Morrone and Paul Morrone, (US Wealth Management New Haven) for the last time after 19 years of employment.  After much thought and consideration, I made the decision to enter this new chapter of my life and to discover all that it has to offer. I have been told by so many retirees that there are just not enough hours in the day and that they are busier than ever.  Well, that excites me because I have no intention of just sitting around and being idle.

As exciting as this time is for me, it is also bittersweet.  I feel so honored to have had the opportunity to meet and get to know so many wonderful people.  It is you, the clients who have made my work so enjoyable and rewarding.  I have always loved working with people and I can truly say it has been a pleasure and that each and every one of you has touched my heart in a special way.  I will miss seeing and talking with you but I will take away many fond memories.  You are the best!

Many of you have met Barbara Gode, our new office manager, who has been working with me since early February.  I feel she is well-qualified to take over where I leave off.  In time I know she will get to know you like I have over the years and I wish her the very best in her new endeavor.

I would like to thank Tom for giving me this amazing opportunity 19 years ago and for all that he has taught me during that time.  Together we have gone through a multitude of changes and challenges and the usual ups and downs of everyday business life.  We worked as a team and we were always
able to accomplish our goals.  When Paul joined the firm our team became larger and we continued to grow and learn from each other.

Thank you Tom and Paul for this wonderful journey.

Lastly and most importantly, I would like to thank my family for standing behind me and being so supportive and understanding.

I wish the very best to each and every one of you!

Fondly,

Joan
