Robert Napolitano

Director of Investment Strategy

I have always been partial to the wealth management industry. My father, John, is a financial planner and has served as a mentor for myself and many of the US Wealth Management advisors over the years. I didn’t jump right into the profession, however. After completing my undergraduate education at Bentley University, I worked for Federal Management, where I first developed an interest in investments while overseeing large commercial and residential real estate projects.

Shortly thereafter, I joined the investment team at US Wealth Management and began to learn the inner workings of portfolio management and the robust process that is necessary to create an effective investment plan. I worked closely with our network of advisors to design client-focused solutions as the country rebounded from the 2008-2009 financial crisis. It was during this time that I learned the importance of discipline in investing and how critical it is to seamlessly integrate both financial planning and investment management to provide the highest level of holistic advice.

Over a decade later, my focus has become more strategic in nature and I enjoy the challenge of assessing risk and identifying opportunities in a rapidly changing environment. This entails ongoing research, diligence, and creativity to ensure the investments and portfolio allocations are designed to complement your long-term financial plans. I also enjoy the collaborative nature of the planning process and working directly with the advisory team to develop tailored strategies to manage your financial future.

On a personal note, my wife, Jenna, and I have three wonderful kids who garnish all our attention.  Ellie (2018), Jack (2020) and Grayson (2022) are quickly growing up, which means life is undeniably busy and full of adventure. We look forward to summer days on our boat, swimming at the beach, riding bicycles and trips to the farm for locally made ice cream. Jenna and I also hope to pass down our love of skiing to our children once they are old enough to hit the slopes.

When I’m not chasing around my children, I am passionate about working and building performance cars. Designing and troubleshooting high horsepower engines is a hobby that is both incredibly challenging and rewarding. I look forward to joining Paul at the racetrack and beating my previous personal best times on the dragstrip at New England Dragway when cooler fall air arrives in late September and October.
